Viktor Hjallar is a board member of Chemfriendly Norge, a molecular biologist with a master’s degree in neurophysiology. He works as a specialist engineer at the pathological diagnostic laboratory at Rikshospitalet. And he is the author of the Norwegian review report on slamming.
