Tuukka Tammi, PhD, currently works as a research program director at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). He has more than 20 years of experience in the drug policy research and development field, both nationally and internationally. Tuukka Tammi collaborates closely with Correlation – European harm reduction network (C-EHRN) on monitoring civil-society-based harm reduction services in Europe. Additionally, he serves as the chair of C-EHRN's scientific advisory board. Furthermore, Tuukka Tammi holds the position of docent (adjunct professor) of social and public policy at the University of Helsinki and also serves as a docent of social research at the University of Tampere.
